What is Vision Insurance?

A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eyewear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible employees as described in the employee benefits guide, spouse & dependent children up to age 26
Coverage through MetLife
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the date of service.
